A strategic analysis project demonstrating the applicability of business knowledge and critical thought to an innovative not-for-profit situation is required. Topics to be discussed include; NFP development, industry overview, target market, competition analysis, cost & value proposition, competitive advantage finance/accounting, ethics, best practices & business plan.
