MBAN680 is a capstone research course for students in the PharmD/MBA and DO/MBA Pathway Programs. Guided by a faculty advisor, students produce an original 18-page scholarly paper on a healthcare management or leadership topic, integrating clinical expertise with business competencies. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based inquiry, graduate-level writing, and the application of management theory to healthcare practice. A grade of “B” or higher is required to fulfill this graduation requirement.
